I dont guess it means cellphone ringtones! It means funny ringtone noises it says so in the pictures youre suppose to look through before you get an app..... :)

WORST APP EVER!!!!!!
It says its free, but then you have to buy credits to get ringtones!!! If the app says it is free, it better be free! Not like this crap! Dont ever get this app!! EVER!!!! Plus I dont even want to rate this app, but it wont let me send the review without rating it. Anyway, DONT BUY THIS APP

They say you get what you pay for? Well thats true here you pay nothing you get nothing! I deleted it right after downloading it. Once you try to use it u have to pay for the tones then get "coins" to build up and then you can get "free" tones. Really bad marketing move people. Wont even look at a any apps you promote.
